Why not try a simple arm 4 minute arm exercise at home for more toned arms and start feel a real difference!
Arm exercise:
Time: Four minutes
Works: Pectorals (chest muscles), shoulders, and triceps (back of your arms)
How To: 1. Position yourself on a carpet or towel, resting on your knees and toes. Place hands in front of you, shoulder-width apart, and fingers spread. Tuck in abdominals, keeping your upper body in a straight line. 2. Slowly inhale and lower your chin to just above your fingertips. Exhale as you press up.
Training tip: Make sure your chin comes over your fingertips. If you can lower your body only a few inches, fine. You’ll improve with time.
