We love these delicious, honey-coated slices of dried apple. They are simply divine especially when you need a sugar hit but want to avoid the chocolate bar, the perfect way to revitalise those flagging new years resolutions.

Serves:  4
Preparation time:  5 minutes, plus cooling time
Cooking time:  30 minutes

You will need 2 tbsp runny honey
